Day 1 getting on the ship

Here are some of us right after we stepped on the ship.

Eating lunch in the windjammer.

Everyone was very hungry and ate a lot of food.

Adeline LOVED these little chocolate cakes.

Checking out the room before getting into our swimsuits to swim at the pool.

Waiting for the ship to sail away. The neverending ice cream cones on the pool deck were a hit. I don't even know how many the kids got every day ha ha.

Eventually we went up to the viking lounge to watch the sail away.

And we are off!

First time in the dining room for dinner.

The strawberry ice cream my kids LOVED. And the last night I eventually tried it. It was REALLY REALLY good.

Sunset time. It was a great first day!
