We start building lots of fires, storytime, and roasting marshmallows

It got really cold for a week in October so we started building fires. And one night we let the boys roast some giant marshmallows.

Storytime this past week was all about music. This is Adeline taking off in her star wars spaceship. It was so funny. The second the music came on and was "fast" off she went running.

With her "curler" pigtails, she even looked like Princess Leah. It was hilarious.

Have I said how thankful I am for library storytime? It;s likely only going until the end of October since they can't go inside yet, but we will DEFINITELY miss it when it's not there anymore.

Another zoo trip and another Boomerang pic

We had to break out the blanket for our most recent weekly zoo trip. And eat our freeze dried peaches.

But it warmed up after a bit. Kissing the meerkat.

A chilly outdoor storytime at the library and some Boomerang pics

I'm so happy that storytime is back at the library. We LOVE Miss Shelley. This time it was a little on the chilly side, but it was all about "movement". Here is Adeline and her elephant.

One night Adeline had to put on her preschool crown (it says My first day of preschool) to sleep in because she said it was a night crown. She slept all night with it.

Drawing on the walls and Halloween begins at the zoo

Apparently we are revisiting not drawing on the walls. I took pictures so someday I could laugh.

Luckily it was the washable markers and it came off with some good scrubbing.

Got out some of our Halloween books.

And on a gorgeous fall October morning, Adeline and I went to the zoo. And all the Halloween stuff was up finally :)
