Museum of Natural History of Utah-Part 1

Every summer we try to do the Museum of Natural History, especially if some of the kids get the free passes from the PBS reading program. This was a picture on the roof.

This time we decided to start at the top of the building and work our way down, which we have never done. It was a good change. Native American part.
Learning about microscopes and biology.

Studying the ant hill.

Water table is always fun, even for big kids.

Jumping to see how big of an earthquake we can make.

Building the structure to see if it can withstand an earthquake.

This was the new exhibit, all about wild creatures and conservation.
Huge python.

Seeing what an elephant trunk looks like.
Being turtles.

Seeing the animal presentation. We saw a gecko and spotted turtle.

Seeing x-rays of animals.

Lizard reminded me of Boomerang.

Seeing how much you weigh verses a panda.
