Alpine Lakes hike part 2- we get to the lakes

After Adeline got pretty tired and wanted to look at every single rock and tree, we made it to the first lake. It was so pretty. We spent a decent amount of time skipping rocks.

It was so pretty because the clouds had basically come down to the mountain. This was at 10,000 feet our hike.

The second lake was smaller, and due to time constraints (we were trying to get to our 1pm Lehman Caves tour) we had to rush through the second half of the hike, which was a bummer.

They skipped a couple rocks, but then we had to hurry down. Everyone was a great trooper in trying to hurry down the mountain. I wasn't sure if we would make it do the cave tour in time, but we BARELY did.
