Collin doing some hanging out with Boomerang. He is entertaining in funny ways.
Adeline got to hold Boomerang for a second.
We took advantage of $3 days to visit Thanksgiving Point. The boys had never been to the butterfly biosphere so we went there the first Tuesday in August.
Due to our last, and only, experience with the girls a couple of years ago, I was so excited to have the boys be able to hold the butterflies. But.... it was much trickier this time. It may have been because it was so many more people were in there, or maybe something else, but Liam was really the only one who held one for a few seconds.
Success! We finally got one! I felt bad because I think the kids to some extent were all disappointed it wasn't a better experience. Oh well. Glad we didn't spend more than we did there.
The other parts were fun too. The boys got bored much sooner than the girls, which was to be expected. But they were good sports.
Playing in the play area.
Adeline and her castle Collin helped her build.
Evelyn becoming a butterfly.
My girls always find so many friends wherever we go.
It was a fun afternoon.
