The week we do a lot of "arts performance things", Hale Frozen, Japenese drumming and Joseph

Hale Center Theatre had a kids jr. performance of Frozen this past week. The tickets were so cheap. And it was EXCELLENT. Which shouldn't have surprised me being at Hale, but it was SO good.
There were a few surprises throughout the show which was fun, because we know Frozen VERY well. Even Liam said he didn't regret going, which is high praise for him!
Playing at the park after we eat lunch.

Adeline can now climb this climbing thing all the way up.
We went to another arts in the park at the Murray Park. This one was for Liam and was a group that did Japanese drumming. I had no idea what to expect, but it was GREAT!

They had so much movement with their drumming. The girls got tired after awhile, but I though it was fascinating. Liam did too.

More climbing at the park, and now Evelyn can climb the bigger climbing thing all the way through. Yeah for stronger muscles!

And the Taylorsville Performing Arts Center had a production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. So I splurged and got tickets for everyone (minus Collin who was at youth conference still). We had seen this building being built every time we drove by so we were excited to go inside. It's really, really nice and beautiful. The show was great! They did some fun differences in it which made it new even for me (despite having seen it several times in other locations). Adeline was the only one that got bored after the first act, so I'm still working on her. Liam really liked it. It was a really fun show.
And we got to sit in the balcony which was fun for my kids. They were GREAT seats despite being in the balcony.
