Finally by Tuesday, Dec 2, Adeline was cleared from official "quarantine" in her room so we were so so excited to go to the playroom! She had to go down in a wheelchair, which I think she got excited about.
For awhile she was kind of scared and overwhelmed. It surprised me, but then, she hadn't really seen or done anything or been around anyone for more than 2 weeks. So maybe not that surprising.
She got warmed up a little and then liked a lot of the toys.
Look at her standing on her own! WAHOO!
Cute random picture of her and daddy from a few days ago.
She really liked this car wash thing with the cars.
The in patient rehab team came and evaluated her based on the rehab dr coming on Saturday or Sunday a couple of days ago.
But the good news is this tech said she was doing great. She wasn't sure since the progress Adeline had made (HUGE!) over the last 2-3 days warranted staying in the in patient rehab. She felt like they wouldn't know what to do with her. Outpatient would be a better fit at this point.
That made me so happy to hear that!
Elsa silver toenails!
That afternoon we went back again to the playroom and she was excited excited this time!
She found a little Olaf! She developed an intense Frozen love in the hospital since we watched it SO MUCH.
She has come so far physically in the last few days! Nobody could believe it including me!
Coloring at night before bed.
This was when she was still a little nervous about the playroom and we were hiding in the back room.
