Day 2 of hospital, or the day Adeline died and came back to life

 Long story short, this is once Adeline got stable in the PICU on Sunday, Nov 16. While we were in the RTU Sunday morning she code blued (respiratory arrest leading to cardiac arrest).

 Thanks to many, many miracles and many many amazing doctors and nurses, she came back to life. This was the first picture I got up close of her after she got settled in the PICU. To date, this has been the scariest day of my life.

 These are just pictures of her the first day she was in the PICU.

 The child life specialist who was with us in the RTU remembered that Adeline loved polar bears and so she brought a blanket with polar bears and made her name sign with a polar bear. I was so touched.

 Arm slings so she won't pull out any tubes.

 This was from the second day. Someone did her hair :) and they got her moving in different positions.
