Saturday adventure Tracy Aviary Part 1

Sneak peak, Adeline got chosen to be the "helper" for the bird show. She was SO excited.

The girls got some free family passes to Tracy Aviary for reading the PBS program. LOVE LOVE LOVE the PBS reading program, so we went last Saturday for an adventure. The twisting bird statue at the beginning is always a hit.

I'm not sure we have really spent a lot of time in the owl forest before. Evelyn and I learned lots of facts about owls here.

Here she is! The star of the bird show ha ha.

She had to hold out her arm for a hawk (I think) to come land on her arm with a glove. She did get a little scared up there, but she was also very brave. Stay tuned for part 2.
