December 2014 advent begins

 I love doing our December advent calendar. I kept it more low key this time, but one of the first nights in December we got to go and meet a reindeer at the library. And we made some fun paper sack reindeers.

 Collin went and petted him, Liam, not so much.

 Evelyn got to be Santa for a day.

 We made and painted salt dough ornaments with crayons. This was actually really, really fun. The crayon "melts" and makes it look like paint.

 Evelyn's new thing was kicking her feet to hit a bell on the tree. It was so cute to see her reaction when it made a sound.

 During some special time with Liam we made more ornaments.

At a friend's house Liam made a cave.
