Aerial park at the zipline park

This was out of order on the second level. This pretty much stopped most of the kiddos.
Every kid made it around the bottom level of the ropes course like it was no big deal. I'm proud of Evelyn for being able to do it.

For how scared Adeline was at the zip line aerial on the zip line course, she zoomed around this with no big deal.

This was the first section of the second level. And it was pretty challenging even according to Liam but they all three made it across and back. I think Collin did it too, but now I can't remember.

Look at my brave and strong kids go!

It was another fun adventure!

Saturday Adventure July 19, Utah Ziplines

Out of order pics, the CRAZY aerial ladder I wasn't sure or thought we would survive. But we did. Adeline was near the end and I could see she was scared for a bit and clinging for life. But we did indeed survive.
Here some of us are before we do any ziplining.
Our whole family. Ryan's head shape still makes me laugh with his helmet.
Evelyn was very excited.
Prepping for the first line.
Going off the first biggest line in our original route. I was last and got stuck halfway over this meadow. The guides had to come and rescue me ha ha.

Look at Adeline being so brave!

After a few ziplines, we ended up having to do a different route because of a dead fish on a platform infested with wasps and they didn't want anyone to get stung. So we got to do 2 extra bigger ziplines over the trees and by then everyone had figured out how to break correctly (including me!) and the last one we did was very fast and fun!

It was quite the adventure. So instead of the 5 original lines we ended up doing 7-8 and a couple of the bigger ones over the trees. Our original tour was supposed to be an hour....but it ended up being over 3 hours! Mostly due to me being stuck and then the fish issue and going on longer routes with the CRAZY aerial ladder. Seriously, that was one of the scarier things I have done.

A rainbow, Hale Theatre and more Classic

A fun rainbow we saw last week.
The picture with me and Evelyn didn't turn out but I took three kids and I to the Hale Theatre to see Diary of a Wimpy Kid the musical youth version. It was funny and cute.
And the girls and I finally got back to Classic Fun Center! We hadn't been since the end of June so they had fun doing all the skate games.

Here they are set up for red light green light.

Spy kids, snake holding at the library

This is the first year the Verdian School did a thing called "spy camp" for kids ages 7-11 ish I think. The girls were excited and had a lot of fun. It was just for an afternoon, but it didn't cost anything so yeah for more amazing library things!

Doing some science things at our library.

They had a reptile guy come and talk at the Taylorsville library.

This is Adeline volunteering to hold a massive snake. She is nutso!
They had to close their eyes when they were putting it down on them.

She LOVED holding the snake!

And after, both Evelyn and Adeline went up and held the smaller stake.
They are like snake whisperers! I still refuse to get a snake as a pet though!

They had a ball holding the snake though :)

And Adeline went over and watched the big yellow one slither on the grass.
