Labor Day weekend 2023 and Adeline pulls out her loose tooth!

Adeline had had this loose tooth for over a week. It was getting to be problematic to eat so I told her you just need to keep wiggling it until it comes out....and lo and behold, one night she DID pull it out. She was SO SO SO proud of herself. It was almost like she couldn't believe she did it ha ha.

Labor Day weekend Saturday adventure was going in the afternoon up to hike around Silver Lake. They have a bunch of construction over half the loop so it was more of a go in and come back out.

Luckily, the "white rock" was still in the open part of the loop. This is the kids' favorite part.

It had rained a ton in the morning and was still pretty cloudy in the afternoon.

But we did see a little bit of blue sky.

More climbing. Adeline is like a mountain goat now. I remember when she was too little to climb the big rock. Now she scales up it no problem.
