Day 4 spring break Arizona Science Center

I had heard the Arizona Science Center may be fun and it appeared to have successful with kids of all ages so I took a risk and got the groupon. This was a cool house just next door on the plaza. SO pretty!
A little garden area under a covered area of the Heritage Park.
So the science center WAY exceeded my expectations. They had a stinky blood sucking area.
You could determine how far away a mosquito could smell you.

They had a huge section all about the inside of your body.
Here was a model of below your skin layers.

Trying to improve your memory by playing basketball.

Seeing whose brain is "more calm".
Sliding down the intestine.
Balance walk.
Hearing your heart beat via drum sounds.

The wheelchair races were a huge hit. Even Grandma did one!

Playing on the frog
Seeing their bearded dragon

We went to special exhibit that you got to see some animals up close. We saw a snake and a little hedgehog.

Drawing and coloring animals in the art studio.

Making silly faces.

Learning about rocks.

Experiencing all kinds of weather.

Sand and water table is always a big hit.

Building area. I was so impressed by this science center. We didn't even get to it all and most of my kids didn't want to leave even after we had been there for several hours.

Pic of the outside.
