Natural History Museum, Part 2

Out of order pic, last thing we always do is do the building city/climate change game.
Adeline dug around in the area that represents history of peoples.
We haven't done this much before or maybe it is new. Learning how to weave baskets and make rope.

In the traveling exhibit, they had a really cool thing all about ICE. Here we are learning about snowflakes.

Adeline REALLY liked designing her own snowflakes.

She made several types of snowflakes.
This was super cool and showed how hot or cold people are. I'm basically arctic all the time, thus my tons of orange.

Feeling the skin of mammoths.
This was a cool display you could make different ice animals appear.

Seeing what a wolf's den is like.
Hanging out in an ice fishing hut.
Adeline "used her powers" to show ice all over the globe.

Always fun to flood the valley.

The glass covering area :)
Digging for fossils.

Smelling the stinky stuff.

Our token kid picture we take every time, although today it was in a new area. My how we have grown from the first picture we took here when Adeline was a toddler! Thanks history museum. You are always a fun time!
