Temple baptism trip and Evelyn volleyball

Out of order pic of Evelyn serving.
First time temple trip with all three kids and I on the Friday night. Evelyn was really excited to get baptized by Collin. Her very first time, Collin was there, but she wanted Ryan to baptize her so this was the first time to have Collin do it.
More volleyball scenes. These somewhat all look the same, but I want Evelyn to know I took pictures of her :)

She still enjoys volleyball so I'm excited to have a good option for her.

Adeline art and Saturday adventure Feb 28 Grizzlies game, and Evelyn gets her own library card

Out of order pic of puck from the Grizzlies game she was so excited about.
One of Adeline's recent art class doings. I LOVE this one. She said it is of a mountain in Japan.
Adeline also is learning how to crochet so she goes in spurts in doing it for long periods of time.
Used our Get Out passes to go to a Grizzlies game. This is probably the last time we will go because they are moving from Utah and not going to be in town anymore next year. Boo!
It was really fun, even though the Grizzlies lost!

Since we sat by the sideline, Evelyn went over and asked for a puck and got one. She was SO thrilled!

And to be able to sign up for the summer library OWL camp, she had to go get her own library card. She was SO SO excited to get it! We will see if she keeps better track of hers than her brothers ha ha.

Evelyn starts up volleyball session again

Last Monday, Evelyn started back up with volleyball through Murray rec. She is on the green team again (why am I ALWAYS black or green mom!) and they had a good time. She has several boys on her team this session which hasn't happened much before. Here is her serving.

She had several REALLY good hits that saved a teammate and also got it back over the net. I was so so impressed by how good her bumps have come along.

Another good hit!

Another serve. They won 3 of the 4 games and the last game was within 2 points, so they did great!

Thanksgiving Point Part 2, the high ropes course

The girls remembered doing the high course ropes course last summer when we came and wanted to do it again. I told them they could use their own money or use "padres" Christmas adventure money to do it. So that was a big hit and I said they could use that money.
It was still a little scary this time, but they were much stronger and better at it than last time. I was so proud when I saw the areas Evelyn had to "lead" with her right side.

Adeline got a little more nervous than Evelyn, but she did great!

Here is one of the sections Evelyn had to do with her right side going first, which is a lot more difficult for her.

They both went all the way to the top.

They did all the stuff they could, even went up to the high stairs part. I don't think I could have done as well as they did!

 It was a fun time!
