The boys have been wanting to go to the Museum of Natural History, but it's pretty expensive for us so we try and wait for free/discount days. It's sometimes pretty crazy, but I felt brave.
They always love hunting for dinosaurs in the sand.
And looking at the real dinosaur bone fossils.
This was a fun area we hadn't been in before. It was like a learning center, and they had these cool 3D dinosaur puzzles to put together.
I think their favorite part is still the dress up area. These boys have very vivid imaginations and still adore dressing up. They tried on all the bird costumes numerous times, but then it closed down for a summer camp. we will have to go back soon!

Pet snails
Near the middle of July, the boys found a bunch of snails and for most of the day we had pet snails, Charlie, Theo, and Sammy. We made a home for them.
Here was their play area.
This was the workout area on the little cement pad. If you look close you can see the punching bag.
Evelyn started to feed herself from a spoon.
And I finally got to eat some of our raspberries!

Sintay visit
I know this is random in this post, but who is this kid? This is Liam looking smashing. Seriously. Future little handsome dude here. Heartbreaker. I am posting this to look back on in hard moments.
Look at these handsome boys that are all mine!
We got some free tickets to Seven Peaks at the parade, so we went one afternoon. This is a MASSIVE rainstorm so hard you can literally see nothing. The boys got to swim for exactly two minutes then they shut down. Sad times.
Positive of this week. The Sintays came to visit! We went swimming in the Taylorsville pool and it ALSO looked like it was going to massively rain, but it stayed away for at least a couple hours.

Fourth of July evening
We had some good friends invite us over for a barbeque and play outside in their water gear. What a beautiful backyard! It was weird crazy weather and after about 30 minutes of arriving, started raining so we had to go inside.
Evelyn ADORED this little pool. She seriously loves the water. Had her teeth not started shivering, she would have stayed out there all day.
An d the boys weren't even scared when they lit off fireworks.
Even Evelyn handled it pretty well!
