Halloween night 2020 covid style

Here was Ryan's contraption to give the candy out safely.
Some of the zillions of pumpkins Ryan grew and carved.
Low key Halloween year. We weren't even sure if we were going to let the kids go until the night before. So the boys had to throw together costumes that they weren't super excited about, but hey, I did NOT want to spend 100 for 10 minutes.

Earlier in the day since it was 55 the girls got on swimsuits?!
Ryan also rigged up these poles for safety at houses. The girls got really TIRED holding them. Actually, most of our time, I was holding them.

Surprisingly, the kids only went trick or treating only for about an hour. I was so surprised. And this is the first year I just let them eat whatever they wanted. So the candy was all gone by Sunday night. It was kind of nice.
Trading still happens even in 2020.
