This last Saturday, we took Collin on the train (trax) to see Temple Square. I knew the train would be a bit hit, since he is kind of becoming obsessed with trains. Yep, he sure was. He was talking about it all day Saturday, and then when we got on the train... yes, he loved it. He loved to go over the bumps, the beeping noises, and to see the train floor move when it made turns.

Decorating for Christmas 2010
We put up our Christmas decor the day after Thanksgiving. Collin LOVED decorating and all things Christmas this year, which made it even more fun.
My favorite new thing is the Fisher Price nativity scene his grandma got him. Baby Jesus has been lost, found and lost twice, and is now I think permanently lost. Luckily, Mary and Joseph have picke up the slack.
Collin loves to take them everywhere, they watch him eat, they watch him sleep, they do lots of things, and they talk. It's so fun to talk to him about Baby Jesus. Right after we say Baby Jesus, he usually says "baby brother in mommy's tummy" so it also helps us talk about the baby brother coming in about a month...

Trip to Idaho and playing in the snow
So, despite our camera having issues, I'm still trying to take pictures. Apparently on our recent trip to Idaho last weekend, I only took pictures of the "playing in the snow" event. Collin totally looked like he belonged in the movie A Christmas Story. He just waddled around.
Random pics of Collin
Hey, so recently I found some random pair of pants for church for Collin in the closet that actually stay on him! Our camera has been having "clear taking picture" issues lately, but here are some cute ones recently. Before church, anytime Collin smiles now, this is what you get. Cheeser.
Or not staying still.
A couple of weeks ago I attempted potty training for 1.5 days. Collin was VERY into it for about half a day, and the other part, could care less. Other than showing me everywhere in the house he had peed besides the toilet. We'll try again soon, but had to get a pic in his little underwear.
Halloween party 2010
Okay, so I'm a little behind in posting. These are some fun family pictures taken at the Barnhisel Halloween party. I'm so glad they have a party, so we can come! Collin was a pumpkin, Ryan was the pumpkin farmer, and I was the standard witch.... but not as cool as some other witches that came. Collin wasn't sure if he should be scared of Darth Vadar, or attack him.
But, he became a fan of the light sabre.
The pumpkin farmer and Yoda together.
Collin's little cousin Kyle was Yoda, oh my goodness he was so cute. He is about 4 months older than Collin.

Pumpkin patch
It's no secret that pumpkins are a big deal in our family. Well, just down the street from us is this little pumpkin patch I have been wanting to take Collin to, so after work we went as a family. Collin was in heaven wandring around the pumpkins and the "scary" things. He is OBSESSED with skeletons (their eyes especially) and witches and all things Halloween. It's pretty fun. We have a couple of houses on our street we visit every day to see all the tons of stuff they have up.
I fix it
October trip to Idaho
Our October trip to Idaho was fun. Collin was SO SO SO excited to play with Sadee and Ava and to go to 'packu's house" (grandpa's house). Seriously, the Friday we left, he could not stop saying packu's house, packu's house. While there, we got to give Ava her birthday present. She turned 5! WOW!
Just a cute picture of Ava and Collin.
While there, the girls were begging to take Collin and I to this "huge" park that had like 7 parks...finally during the conference priesthood session we got over there. Sadee posing.
