Random zoo pics and we visit the zoo in a full on blizzard

Elsa in the house!
Showing me her quilt and singing the quilt song from preschool.
We decided to go to the zoo last week on Wednesday, even though it was chilly and raining at our house. Well, it was snowing when we got to the parking lot with no other car in sight. I figured we could just stay for a little bit and see the inside animals.

Having fun with the orangatuns. By this time it was starting to snow a little harder.
Much harder snow by the time we got around to the seals.

But we got to see the HUGE new male polar bear. It was only his second day on the exhibit and we were some of the first visitors to see him!

Walking back up the hill was a FULL ON BLIZZARD. The girls were hating me, and I was hating the snow, but we made it to the van safe, and made the trek off the zoo mountain safe (little sketchy in parts), and had hot chocolate at home.

This is "rosa relli" Adeline's new pet from preschool she named. Ha ha. She is funny.
