Evelyn's Little Mermaid performance Up with Kids

Here she is all prepped and ready to go backstage to get on costumes.

Here is her costume for "splash". This was in Ariel's land.

She did SO fantastic with all her singing and ESPECIALLY delivering her lines. She spoke very clearly and enunciated so well.

Here she is in her main role with Ursula being a bad guy. She REALLY got into this part :)

Here is all the cast at the end. They sang a beautiful song in sign language while singing it. It was so cool.

I only got one costume of her this year since the others had already been put away. Evelyn truly has a talent for performing. I hope she continues with it for a long time.

Her director Miss Keaton who she LOVES.

Ji-Jitsu, youth night at temple, fancy for Up with Kids performance and going to activity days with Annika

More Liam doing ji jitsu and practicing a move I can't remember the name of now. As always.

The youth went to the temple open house this past Wednesday. The roses and white flower bushes started to bloom now!

And the tulips were mostly gone, but this little flower was starting to bloom!

Evelyn had her school community performance of the Little Mermaid and she wanted to do makeup this time so I am DEFINITELY not a make-up artist, but she was happy. And we did fancy hair. And Adeline had a meltdown about it :( so we always keep it real around here.

Stem day at school.

Evelyn's friend Annika invited her to her activity days. They built "temples" out of marshmallows.

I LOVE this picture of Evelyn and her marshmallow temple. I feel like it shows her true spirit and self. I love when someone captures those pictures of my kiddos. I love seeing the true spirits of my kids in pictures.

Mothers' Day 2024, and a little gymnastics thrown in and fancy hair

The girls were SO excited to serve "breakfast in couch". They made me cereal and toast. It was so sweet.

Fancy hair for mother's day.

The primary and youth all made chocolate flowers for their mom.

Working on her little book series.

We did fancy curly hair for school one day this week.

More gymnastics work.

This is the art class project that the girls made for me for Mother's Day. The one above with pink and yellow is from Evelyn and the one below with green and blue is from Adeline.

These are from primary and I just loved loved the answers.

This one all about my mom is from Adeline and 1st grade.
