Aspen Grove Part 3, Saturday morning snow shoeing

Scenes from first thing on Saturday morning. So pretty!

It was actually slightly snowing for most of our snow shoeing activity.

I actually really, really enjoyed snowshoeing. Maybe because I wasn't freezing and it was out in nature. Kind of like hiking in the summer in a weird way.

And then he went super fast up a hill.

A little area we stopped and had a snowball fight. Don't tell anyone.

Aspen Grove, Friday night painting flags, apples to apples and hanging out

Everyone got to paint a flag of what they wanted to stand for or how to become a disciple of Jesus Christ or what was important to them.

This was the main lobby of our lodge. It was such a great cozy room and all the rooms we stayed in were literally right off of this main big room.

Outside the windows were the beautiful mountains.

It was so cool to see how everyone did it differently.

Aspen Grove youth conference Part 1, Friday arrival and dinner and activity center

The weekend of March 29-30 I went up to Aspen Grove with some of the youth. Here are the boys who went. This picture made me laugh.

Here are some of the young women posing outside our lodge's balcony. It was very pretty, and snowy, up there. Only one person in our group had ever been to Aspen Grove.

Playing in the activity center room. This was a fun place. They had ping pong, pool, foosball, and air hockey.

Iris was smoking everyone in the air hockey Friday night.

Each of us got the cool "I am a Disciple of Jesus Christ" hoodie.
