Easter 2024 and Evelyn therapy

Evelyn went back to therapy with John the last week of March. He said she is looking good in her orthotics shoes. We just need to work on walking faster and using her arms more.

Here are the girls with their Easter baskets. It was fairly low key this year since the boys didn't really care.

Some yummy new types of candy.

This was the art class picture from the week before Easter. I LOVED the ocean drawings with chalk.

And the boys had already left for church so just got the girls in the Easter in front of the flowers pic this year.

Adeline decorated the Easter table and we did a fancy restaurant.
Some fun Easter sugar cookies I bought from a lady.
Grandma gave the girls each a "skip it" rope and so they started practicing. It was tricky at first but now a week later they are really good!

Aspen Grove more activity center and axe throwing

We had an air hockey tournament right after lunch.
It got very intense!
Liam and Cam played some pool.
More air hockey brackets.

More pool. Saturday by this time was WAY LESS busy in the activity center so we basically had it all to ourselves which was nice!
I didn't follow this game, but it was some fun game the bishop had the youth playing running around the pool table.

After the tournament, Collin played Brother Fairbourn.

Our last activity was axe throwing.

Racheal was VERY good at this. I think she won in all the points.

Cam showing her bulls-eye!

Aspen Grove snowball shooting/painting Christmas ornaments

In the summer, this is the area where they do the axe throwing, but we started doing a snowball shooting contest.

It was harder than it looked!

Then we tried to cover the targets with snow like blackout.

Then we came back with a devotional by the bishop and then did our service project of painting Christmas ornaments.

Everyone did great with these and we got a LOT painted.
