Saturday adventures, Top Golf and Lindon Temple open house

For Christmas, we gave the boys some time at Top Golf, so one of the gift cards expired the end of March, so this past Saturday, Ryan took the boys Saturday morning. They had a really fun time.
I had wanted to take our family to the Lindon Temple Open house. This is the first open house I have been to in awhile that didn't have you make reservations. I knew going on a Saturday would be busy, but if you can't tell, there is A HUGE line that wrapped all around the building.

We didn't plan on a long line, so struggled a little bit in heat and lack of water. But everyone endured and we got to go inside. It was very pretty of course, but there was SO many people you couldn't really stop and look at pictures more. The little daisy flowers in the celestial room huge room were gorgeous. I found out later that they are "lindon" flowers. That was fitting.
Here we are about a third through the line.
Overall, from when we parked and walked over and made it back to the car it was basically about 2 hours. So much longer than I planned. We went to in n out after and that was a forever long line as well. But it was a good experience. I think our kids, especially the boys, have started losing sight of how lucky we are to be so close to so many temples.
Adeline has REALLY gotten into drawing Harry Potter characters. Here she is watching a guy show how to draw Hermione. She just recently finished book 2 and is getting close to being done with book 3.
Liam golfing.
