Festival Transylvania, Part 1

So I heard about this event, Festival Transylvania, I think last year and was reminded of it again this year. I think we ran out of time to try and do it last year, but this year I planned to do it on the day Ryan got off work early. It's been tricky to plan evening Halloween activities this year because of such rainy weather the first half of the month. To be honest, I had read a little about it, but didn't totally know what to expect. But it was really fun and unique. You walk through a fun greenhouse area with lots of photo ops before you enter the castle. Here the girls are trapped in the cage.

Had to get this picture of the wicked witch of the west since Evelyn is doing Wizard of Oz this year with Up with Kids. 

These skeletons had jewels on them ha ha.

There was a whole story about trying to get the magic back for Mickey's book. You found little details and clues all along the way. It was very clever.
