Week of Thanksgiving 2024

We decorated our downstairs Christmas trees the Saturday after Thanksgiving, when all of Ryan's family had left. Here is Ryan getting out our new "trip" ornaments from the trip basket. We had over 20 this year! I had no idea! It was so fun reminiscing about so many fun places we have been over the years. I love all our trip ornament memories.
The four kids after the trees are done. Tree on the left is the fun tree. Tree on the right is the "trip" tree. They look so fun.
Prepping for the Sintays coming over for dinner the night before Thanksgiving, and they brought Sam.
After dinner, playing games. We hadn't got perfection out in awhile and it was fun.
The big tables played Phase 10.

Then on Thanksgiving, we went down to Shanna's. Here they are playing "Sam's" version of Fireball Island.
Christmas movie time.
Waiting to pray for the turkey dinner.
Pretty blue sky. They had maybe a few inches of snow on the ground this year. It has hardly snowed so far this fall/winter. It's kind of weird.

Playing with the basketball hoop shooting was fun.
Some of the kids played beans with Uncle Steve. He is a FUN uncle.
Dave has this hot cooca bar set up. It is AWESOME!

They call these guys their "deer" family.

Watching the grinch upstairs.
Pie time.
And back to setting up our trees.
