Day 1 continued, we get to Steamboat Springs, Fish Creek Falls, checking into our hotel

Right as we came into town, we went up to hike the easy routes of Fish Creek Falls.

Adeline loved identifying all the flowers.

Hike down to the creek.

This was near the bottom of the waterfall.

Liam made me a little nervous going across the creek. His pants got soaked but he made it.

For some reason, there were TONS of butterflies flying around and landing on rocks and shoes everywhere. It was really cool.

The kids had fun throwing rocks further into the creek.

Adeline especially got into it. Enough she almost threw several rocks at Liam's head :)

We stayed in a hotel/condo place which we had never done. It had a full kitchen (although very small) so it was so nice to cook food there!

They had a game room, but the arcade games cost, but ping pong didn't so we played some the first night.

And we went swimming in the pool as well. It was a VERY late night the first night :)
