It had been years since I had been to the planetarium, and my kids hadn't been for a couple of years so we ventured downtown to go for a Saturday adventure. It was so fun! It had so many great learning things. This was a cool tornado station.
These games were fun were you could try and fight asteroids and intergalactic stuff.
Touching a SUPER old meteorite.
More old meteorites.
Trying to land a mars rover. Liam said it was trickier than it appeared.
This was a huge marble/ball run thing that spanned all 3 levels. It was really cool to watch and see where the balls went.
Liam trying to colonize Mars.
We did go back often to check on the ball run thing.
Adeline spent her own money to get a glow in the dark ball. She LOVED this thing.
This was probably Collin's favorite exhibit. They had some definite weird smells.
Climbing around in the space shuttle.
Trying to dock the international space station before the fuel ran out.
Talking on the moon.
We saw a movie in the dome theater.
Token all 4 kid picture.
Electric energy.
Seeing the depth of space.
This was CRAZY to see how much you weighed in certain areas of space. 22,000 pounds!
Collin and Liam both knew a ton of facts about the planets. I was impressed.
On Mars.
Driving the Mars rover was tricky.
Me getting burned alive ha ha.
Liam pretending to walk on Mars.
Collin showing the black hole.
Oh, and random Boomerang picture after he got a bath.
